This plate is from a limited edition of 3500 plates produced by Buffalo China, Inc. to commemorate the 150^th anniversary of the incorporation of the City of Buffalo, New York on April 20, 1832.  The original watercolor painting by Hugh Laidman is the view of Niagara Square looking easterly from City Hall.
